A performance configuration, which gives huge fps boost and reduces stuttering. 4GB VRAM benefits from this.

Tried on GTX 1650 4GB VRAM, went from 23-30 FPS on low settings to 60+ FPS WITHOUT frame generation, enabling frame gen could get you 100+ frames.
This does result in loss of visual fidelity though, the water looks the most horrible.

Working on an extra baked version that gains more frames and tries to look as bad as possible.
