Disables all mutants aggro for a nice chill walk in the zone.
User requested mod to make all mutants friendly. I haven’t really tested this besides checking the game still boots up, since I have no interest in playing without any mutants, but this is essentially just an extension of Friendly Dogs.
To fully remove all scary elements I recommend adding Sunny Weather as well.
