Exi’s All Exoskeletons Allow Sprint – Ultimate Edition Available
This mod will simply change All Exoskeletons AND Heavy Exoskeletons entries in ArmorPrototypes.cfg to allow sprinting.
UPDATE
I had to completely archive and make unavailable the version that allows helmets, it was ruining the game for some reason. From what I can tell if “bBlockHead” is set to false, the game seemingly “removes” or hides the helmet’s model and allows you to put your own helmet on, HOWEVER, GSC has seemingly made the NPC’s heads who wear Exoskeleton armor invisible, likely to reduce clipping by hiding the model. I have since made the decision to get rid of that file, the main file should be fine.
I have seen reports that towards late-game almost everyone is wearing Exoskeleton armor, from doing my research, I presume this to be intended late-game behavior. I have since put in a question with GSC on the Official STALKER Discord. I highly doubt that I will receive an answer, though. Sorry to everyone who may have been affected by the “Allow Helmets” version of the mod. If you install the main version, you should be fine. As always, I am trying to be as quick as I can to fix any problems I can solve. Love you all, Good hunting, Stalkers.
The Value I Changed For All Exoskeletons and Heavy Exoskeletons:
[1] = ArmorConditionalEffect –> [1] = AddSprintEffect
