DISCLAIMER:
This mod is still very much a WIP, but it plays perfectly so far, testing has had zero bugs crop up, I plan on updating this over time because some stashes and some pre-placed corpses still have so much on/in them. I made the decision to release it as it was eating up so much of my time (I have been working on this for a week and a half so far).

Echoes of Misery
This mod does a few a things:
1. Adds or Removes weapons to NPC loadouts based on lore or logical thinking
2. Tweaks the likelihood of seeing these weapons at lower ranks to be slightly higher, for example, you can see a Buket-2 now but its still 4x more likely to see an AKU depending on the faction you are fighting.
3. Lowers the amount of ammo, food, drinks, and meds available to you through stashes and NPCs you kill.
4. Lowers the max amount of ammo available at various traders up until end-game where you get about double the amount. This is balanced by changing the TraderRegenHoursPassed value for all traders to 6. This means 6 in-game hours need to pass before traders restock, this is equivalent to one sleep and one hour after in-game as sleeping (unmodified) is 5 hours long. (Ex: 210 minimum is base game, I have lowered this to 50 max for all ammo types, AP is limited to 25.)
5. Traders have new ammo types available earlier to accommodate the new weapons you have a chance of finding on bodies.

All together, this means you will have to plan out your engagements better because you will need to conserve your ammo, use less meds than you were able to before, eat and drink accordingly, no more one man armies.

Optional Version available if you only want NPC loadouts changed and still have the normal rarity for items. (this version does not require a new game).

Extract the .pak to somewhere you can remember
Drop the pack inside of:

Yes, you need to keep the ~ infront of mods.

INCOMPATIBILITIES
Anything that alters: DynamicItemGenerator.cfg, TradePrototypes.cfg, StashPrototypes.cfg, and ItemGeneratorPrototypes.cfg.

It is recommended that if you need to merge mods together, please merge them into MY files, I have changed ~30k+ lines in total.
