Merps Better Sprinting
This mod changes the sprint value of the game, currently the games sprint mechanic is over the top and make you feel like sonic the hedgehog. Walk speed and Run Speed are staying untouched.
This is a different version from the already existing: Realistic Movement Speeds mod by Rykane.
This mod only touches the sprint speed, as I feel like the walking and running speed are completely fine. Currently with the Vanilla game the sprint speed is ridiculously fast and feels very unnatural, so I have toned down the sprint speed by at least 30% which gives a way better effect and feeling when needing to sprint to cover.
Note: There is currently a bug that I am still investigating, the sprint speed might be vanilla at first when you boot up the game. However when changing ground surface or reloading a save file it should adjust the sprint speed.
To install please drag the PAK file into your ~mods folder as usual.
