More Varied Artifact Effects and Rebalance
Alters many of the “duplicate” artifacts so that their effects vary, as well as changing their rarity and price.
I found myself a bit disappointed with how many Artifacts did the exact same thing, so I set out to alter the duplicates in a way where each different artifact you find has its own unique set of the available effects. Updated and added artifact effects are reflected in the artifact item in the inventory, as well as the changes to their values.
The only thing unaltered about duplicate artifacts currently is their descriptions, this unfortunately means that the artifacts that have had their effects altered and had their rarity increased still label themselves as “Common/Uncommon artifact found in _” even if by game logic they have been bumped up to Rare or Epic spawn chance.
