No Flickering Vegetation
A simple fix, for the flickering vegetation in the zone. Read below…
Just copy this Engine.ini to the destination shown below, or add the lines from it to your existing one.
Location for the Steam version:

Vanilla
Basic fix, no mentionable performance loss.
Enhanced Foliage
Slighty higher foliage distance scale, for more density and less pop-ins. Performance loss about 5~10 fps, mostly.
