No More Tanky Mutants v1.0
Lowers the physical defense of all mutants with extremely high defense without touching their base HP (for now).

From what I can tell, the reason Bloodsuckers are so tanky isn’t just that they have a lot of HP (they really don’t have that much, 500 vs 360 that Flesh have). The problem is that they have a ton of physical resistance! Its 3x higher than anything else you fight at that point in the game, and they’re not the only ones!
This mod lowers the physical resistances of all mutants with extreme resistances. Most of them got sent right down to base 1.0, some of the later ones only got brought down to 2x or 3x for now and nobody had their HP touched. The hope is that this will make things feel better in a more subtle way without dumping their HP down the toilet and unbalancing high penetration weapons.
I still need to test how *much* of a difference this makes. If its too small of a difference and they’re still extremely spongey and frustrating to folks I’ll make an optional second file that also reduces HP across the board, but for now I’d like to start small and test from there.
