A quick tweak that give no speed boost when aiming to get the same speed as walk. I like to aim and walk slowly for more immersion.
INSTALLATION
extract the .pak file from the download and place in your ~mods directory
It affect WeaponGeneralSetupPrototypes.cfg
I set all AimingMovementSpeedModifier to 0.5 for all weapons.
