Novichok’s Mutant Abilities Rebalance
Buffs and debuffs to damage, infliction of status effects, cooldowns and some special additions.

NOT ALL CHANGES ARE LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION YET, I WILL ADD MORE LATER.
Change List
Flesh – Tweaks to Jump and Claw abilities
Boar – Overall more aggressive ability utilization and slight damage increase
Blind Dog – Overall damage was reduced slightly
Cat – Bleeding chance increased and base damage reduced slightly
Pseudodog – Cooldowns slightly reduced
Deer – Basic abilities damage reduced, charge ability damage increased
Snork – Reduced cooldowns, increased Jump Attack radius and damage
Bloodsucker – Cloaking cooldown slightly increased, bleeding damage increased, slight reduction in direct damage
Poltergeist – Throw Ability damage range increased slightly
Controller – Psi Aura chance set to 1, cooldown on Raise Dead Body reduced, and Psi Strike frequency reduced
Burer – Telekinetic Throw range and power increased, direct damage reduced slightly
Pseudogiant – Increased Shockwave AoE radius, Shockwave cooldown increased, bleeding chance from Shockwave set to 0
Chimera – Leap ability cooldown increased, Short leap damage slightly reduced, long leap damage increased by 1 point, bleeding
chance increased
Special changes
Pseudodog – summons adjusted to zero damage and a 10-second timer
Snork – Growl ability now inflicts heavy bleeding status effect
Controller – Psi Aura now does psi damage
Installation:
Place the .pak file in the ~mods folder.
Uninstallation:
Remove the .pak file from the ~mods folder.
If you dont have ~mods folder, create it manually and extract pak. files there . ~ prefix is mandatory.
THIS MOD WILL CONFLICT WITH ANY MOD THAT TOUCHES ANY MUTANT ABILITY CFGs IN AbilityPrototypes.
