NPCS cant THROW
NPCs have a default 100% throw ability with grenades. And it seems to always land at your feet. Now they can suck at it.

This mod changes NPC throw accuracy plain and simple – only changes 2 variables. I have not fine tuned it as far as what feels real. I’ll let you decide. I’ve included TWELVE versions in the zip file. pick only one of course.
the first number is their accuracy (default is 100%). the 2nd is possible grenade offset in meters (default 1.5 meters). I personally have set their throw ability to 70% (30% chance to fumble a grenade) and up to 6m offset radius. The NPCs even have voice lines when they fumble :). Not sure why they set it to 100% default

feel free to post in comments which you think is most realistic, fun etc… default grenade throw cool off is 25 seconds. i did not mess with this. If you use a mod that affects this, it may interfere, use a merge tool.
