Simple ReShade preset.

ReShade preset that will slightly desaturate the game and give it more of a hazy wasteland look and feel, imo.

Does not affect optics or flashlights, but the menu will be blown out due to the “blooming_HDR” effect that is enabled.

Created with game settings on Epic quality, on a 3840×2160 gaming monitor so it may look different with different settings and setups. but its easy to change the effects to your liking.
