Just a simple engine ini tweaks to reduce ghosting, improve shadows and grass and trees pop-ins.

Set your graphics to Medium preset, set the Environment draw distance to “FAR” set the Foliage quality medium.
This Engine tweak will not improve your performance, but it will reduce the annoying ghosting and artifacts especially in indoors.
And will improve the foliage LOD pop-ins.
You will see the improvements in open area. No more pop-ins and annoying artifacts in foliage.
Use your preferred upscaling. I use XeSS on ultra quality.
Tested on RX6600 8gb.
