Proper solution to improve performance and stuttering issues, while maintaining visual quality. It boosts CPU and GPU efficiency, reduces latency, accelerates loading and boot times. It also enhances streaming and memory management. Remarkably, in some areas of the game it may increase FPS by 5-10 frames, depending on your hardware.
Optimized Tweaks BASE: original Main version of the mod
Optimized Tweaks BOOST: same as BASE, but with visual downgrade (aimed at older/weak hardware)
INSTALLATION
1) Download one of the Main files you need
2) Extract it to game’s Content\Paks\~mods
(create ~mods folder if you don’t have it)
3) Make sure the game runs in DirectX 12 mode by adding -dx12 parameter in created Shortcut Target (or Steam Launch Options)
Recommended:
a) When using Vsync: set Vsync to Off in game -> enable Vsync in NVIDIA Control Panel (or AMD Control Panel) instead
b) When not using Vsync: set FPS to Unlimited in game -> limit fps in RivaTuner (or NVIDIA Control Panel or AMD Control Panel) instead
To Uninstall, delete the .pak file from ~mods folder.
COMPATIBILITY
You should not use other .paks nor Engini.ini files for performance improvements etc. Just to avoid any overrides and side effects. You’re fine to use other type of mods.
