Simple Optimisation and Quality Engine ini
Quick and easy ini + game settings.
Made this after going through various different Engine inis and finding that half the stuff either is irrelevant, doesnt work, or makes stuff worse.
Improves performance and certain visual elements whilst keeping as much quality as possible.
What it Does? (Each section noted in ini file)
Basic performance tweaks curtosey of qmqz these are the only ones that are required that seemingly improve frametimes but not nessecarily overall framerate.
Improved LOD for Textures and Foilage but still odd pop in (You can improve the foliage pop and texture distance by adding the line foliage.ForceLOD=0 to [System Settings] but you will take a roughly 20fps hit and will still pop at long distance)
Increased Shadow Quality
Cleaner Lumen Reflections and Scopes reflect world elements (NPCs and certain objects wont reflect in scope)
Exposure transition adjustment and blooming reduction when looking outside from interiors.
Disables Vignette (for standing only, if you want to remove crouch vignette grab the mod )
Disables Chromatic Aberration
Enables multicore render for audio (Not sure if this one is placebo but less pops and drops in the audio, might be patch 1.0.2 though)
Enables Raw Input for Mouse and disables smoothing
