Skips the splash screen.
Someone was bound to do it.
It’ll still hang on a black screen for a few seconds, just an FYI.
Loading still needs to happen.
This is a quick and dirty method of it, so if someone does a better job I’ll probably depreciate this mod.
Literally just changing the max/min time to 0.00000 for each screen.
Modifies “Stalker2/Config/DefaultGame.ini”, so it will conflict with mods that modify that file.
I want to make a conflict manager (similar to AMUMSS for No Man’s Sky) to allow mods to modify the same files, but that’ll come with time. And I’m honestly surprised no one has made one of those for UE5 games yet…
For now, we’re stuck with what we have.
To install:
You’ll extract the .pak file into “S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Content\Paks\~mods”.
If the folder doesn’t exist, you can create it on your own.
