Wargog’s Balancing Mod

A simple balancing mod made out of frustration with how much left my purse at the tech, and how long it took to run there.

Sets armor durability to 150%, stamina drain to 50%, upgrade costs to 70%, and repair costs to 80% of the respective default values.

I compiled this mod because I think too many things are a money sink at the moment (v1.0.0.1). I play at medium difficulty, and after a LOOOONNNNGGGG time of looting and saving money, I couldn’t even afford to repair my new SEVA (from 80%) and fully upgrade it. I didn’t think that was a fair trade for 5 hours of my time and 200,000K, hence this mod.

This mod works on all difficulties, and is balanced to each one’s stock values (e.g. if upgrade cost on Stalker/Hard was 1.25, and I reduced it to 70%, it’s now 0.875).

This mod is basically a combination of a few others that need to overwrite the same files. I won’t be uploading customized versions, so please don’t ask. Feel free to unpack it and modify any value you see fit (tutorials are around everywhere already). If there’s enough interest I may package all the changes from the modlist into one to make this more of a complete balance overhaul.

Feel free to suggest balance changes if you see anything weird. I’ve already noticed that the sprint reduction may be a lot in late game. You can basically sprint forever with the right artifact stack lol.

This mod is intended to be used with a few other mods from my list. Because of this, I can’t verify compatibility with any other mods.

Basically any of the optimization and mouse/controller mods should work
